Clearance Device Level Effects

Upgrade your Clearance Level to unlock more functions. Clearance Command - Security Mechanism: Upgrade your Clearance Level to gain access to a broader range of security mechanisms. Authorization Command - Echo Control: Level 1: Converts the target to your ally, making it prioritize the safety of the clearance holder above all else. However, this effect will be revoked and the Echo will return to its default state if a friendly Echo is not within the effective range of the Clearance Device or when the Clearance Device is not equipped as Utility. Level 2: The controlled Echoes will actively attract enemies' attacks. Level 3: The number of Echoes you can control is increased to 2.
