Banner of Victory: End of Season

Upon completing all the challenges in the "Banners Never Fall" event, TD respawning in the Challenge Zone will resume to the normal state, and Special Buffs will remain available for that area. The Banners will no longer be interactable in a completed Challenge Zone, but any unopened Trophy Chests will still be there.
