When the wielder consumes fewer than 100 points of Concerto Energy, they remove Binding Mind from all Resonators in the team and gain the Yearning Mind effect: the wielder additionally gains 40% Electro DMG Bonus for 14s. Switching to another Resonator ends this effect early.
