Introduction
Phrolova in Wuthering Waves is a 5 Stars Havoc character who wields a Rectifier as their weapon type.
Phrolova, a Fractsidus Overseer walking the fine line between life and death, an uncanny, deadly conductor. A silent wave of her baton is enough to attune the very frequencies of being and conduct the symphonies of "souls." The music of hers can sculpt a better world or, just as easily, summon a legion to wreak havoc.

Enhanced Attack - Hecate: Cadenza
When Phrolova plays Volatile Note - Cadenza, Hecate casts Enhanced Attack - Hecate: Cadenza when casting Enhanced Attack - Hecate, dealing Havoc DMG, Stagnating and pulling the targets in (considered Echo Skill DMG).
Curtain Call
Curtain Call can be cast via the following 5 ways, Stagnating the targets and dealing Havoc DMG.
- When Phrolova is the active Resonator on the field, end the Maestro state.
- When Phrolova is in the Maestro state, switch to Phrolova without casting Intro Skill.
- When Phrolova is not the active Resonator and the Maestro state ends, switch to Phrolova without casting Intro Skill.
- When Phrolova is in the Maestro state, Resonance Liberation.
- When Phrolova is in the Resolving Chord state, hold Resonance Liberation.
When in Resolving Chord state, casting Curtain Call removes all Volatile Notes and ends the Resolving Chord state.

When Phrolova is not the active Resonator, casting Enhanced Attack - Hecate: Strings, Enhanced Attack - Hecate: Winds, and Enhanced Attack - Hecate: Cadenza grants
Volatile Note
Phrolova can hold up to 6 Volatile Notes. When Volatile Notes reach the max number, gaining new Volatile Notes moves all Volatile Notes one slot to the left, and the leftmost Volatile Note - Strings or Volatile Note - Winds will be removed.
Hitting a target with Basic Attack Stage 3 or Movement of Fate and Finality grants 1 Volatile Note - Strings.
Hitting a target with Resonance Skill Whispers in a Fleeting Dream or Resonance Skill Murmurs in a Haunting Dream grants 1 Volatile Note - Winds.
When Inherent Skill - Accidental is activated, casting Suite of Quietus, Suite of Immortality, or Echo Skill grants 1 Volatile Note - Cadenza.
Phrolova cannot obtain Volatile Notes during Resolving Chord.

Phrolova Background
Evaluation Basis: [Resonance Assessment RA-F2005-G]
Resonator Phrolova's Awakening occurred at the time of her death, granting her the ability to tune the frequencies of her target and alter their "melodies" based on the understanding of critical frequency structuring of matters. The strength of such tuning ability is proportional to her physical condition. Latest test data indicate that under extreme Overclock conditions, while maintaining consciousness, Phrolova's tuning can be extended to a maximum of 30 times the normal range, with the longest duration record of 46 seconds. Due to the complexity of its origin, the exact timing and cause of Phrolova's Awakening cannot be defined.
Phrolova's Tacet Mark is located on her left arm. The Tacet Discord mutation following her Awakening prevents her body from aging, with the alteration in the color of her left iris being the sole physical change observed. Test results indicate that when Phrolova's body is within a healthy state, skin reconstruction and frequency reassembly take approximately 6 seconds, while internal organ restoration requires 15-18 minutes. No fatal weakness has been found as of the writing of this evaluation.
Examinations reveal a large mass of chaotic frequencies housed within Phrolova's body, estimated to be around one thousand frequencies. The exact quantity remains undetermined. Further experiments confirm that these frequencies have no negative impact on her body or Resonance Ability. Such frequencies are deemed of zero significant value and are only related to Phrolova's mental fluctuations.
Analysis of test samples has revealed a consistent, flat Rabelle's Curve followed by a sharp ascent and stabilization. Therefore, Phrolova is identified as a Mutant Resonator. Through multiple experiments, it is confirmed that her method of Awakening cannot be artificially replicated upon any other individual.
Resonator Phrolova's waveform graph displays sawtooth and needle-like fluctuations. The Time Domain pattern frequently reveals intense and chaotic activity. During testing, the Time Domain data displayed significant distortion, and the peak value remains indeterminable.
Resonant Criticality: Extremely low.
Resonator Phrolova's frequency displays extremely low stability. It is noted that she has a documented history of Overclocking.
However, she has consistently demonstrated control of her Overclocking, indicating a potential to explore methods of stabilizing and prolonging Overclock states of ordinary Resonators by leveraging this mental stability.
